Terms & Conditions

• A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the initial deposit as communicated in writing.

• Full payment must be made as per the deadline specified in your invoice. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of services.

• All prices are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, supplier rate changes, or government taxes.
  
   

Inclusions & Exclusions

• Inclusions are as per the final agreed itinerary and invoice shared with you.

• Exclusions include (but are not limited to) personal expenses, tips, optional activities, meals not mentioned, and any costs arising due to delays, natural calamities, strikes, or force majeure events.

• Cancellation by Client

  • Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp timestamp will be accepted).

  • Cancellation charges will apply as per the policies of hotels, airlines, and service providers. These charges will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

  • Our service fee component is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Cancellation by Travel Diaries

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen reasons (supplier issues, operational difficulties, etc.), a full refund of the recoverable amount from suppliers will be made.

• Refund Timelines

  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive the refund from the respective supplier(s).

  • The expected refund timeline may vary between 30–60 working days, depending on the supplier’s processing time.

• Any changes requested after booking (dates, hotels, itinerary modifications) will be subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

• Travel Diaries reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary in case of operational issues, safety concerns, or force majeure situations. We will do our best to provide an equivalent alternative.

Liability

• Travel Diaries acts only as an intermediary between the client and suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.).

• We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by third parties or due to circumstances beyond our control.

• Our liability, if any, will be limited strictly to the amount paid to us as service fees.
